The new SCR has sacrificed weight, and in exchange gives the driver better safety, more power under the hood, and an overall better driving experience.

Back in 1978, the first SCR had a six cylinder 3.2 litre engine with an output of 217hp. This performance, at the time, impressed even the toughest of critiques. Drawing from this history, modern RUF engineers have successfully designed a car tailor made to offer seasoned sports car enthusiasts a deep-seated sensation of pure driving pleasure.

The car features a carbon fiber monocoque reinforced by an integrated steel cage, pushrod suspension on all four wheel, and a 6-cylinder 4-litre 500 hp naturally aspirated boxer engine.

What’s best is the car weighs under 2,800 pounds, too bad it costs a whole lot more pounds than that.
