The time has finally come for Beats to upgrade their top tier Studio headphones. The Studio 3 Wireless Headphones has improved over its predecessor by increasing the battery life, improving noise cancelling technology, implementing the W1 chip from apple, and redesigning the internals.

Pure adaptive noise cancelling allow the headphones to detect outside noise signals and properly cancel them out depending on your location. This means that the noise cancelling technology will adapt depending on how loud your surroundings are, saving on battery life.

40 hours of battery power ( on low power mode), and 22 hours of power while noise cancellation is activated. This is the amount of activity you can now squeeze out of the Studio 3 Wireless Headphones. This is largely due to the addition of the W1 chip by apple. The chip also makes pairing between the headphones and other apple devices, such as a macbook or an iphone, a breeze.

Of course, none of this matters without a sleek, cool looking exterior to back it all up. Thankfully, Beats continues to have a strong emphasis on style as the wireless headphones maintain the signature look. The Studio3 Headphones will be available in six colours and now come with larger ear padding for added comfort.

The Beats Studio 3 Headphones are available now and are retailing for $349.95
