New Turntable By Shinola

Shinola, the Detroit based luxury lifestyle brand, has proven to be as fearless and ambitious as the people who inhabit the “Motor city”. The company, already known for its watches, bicycles, journals, and leather accessories, is now following up on their well received turntable with the Shinola bookshelf speakers.

The Runwell turntable is Shinola’s first audio product. They partnered with VPI founder Harry Weisfeld and son Mat, the premier American turntable manufacturers for nearly 40 years. The end result, a technologically advanced audio device that is both easy to use, and easy on the eyes.

Now, Shinola has released the bookshelf speakers as their second audio product. Much like the turntable, the speakers work as good as they look. Alex Rosson, the head of the audio department at Shinola, ensures that their products live up to the demands of music enthusiasts, providing powerful lows, and articulate highs. The bookshelf speakers are available in natural wood or stained black, and retail for $1,500.
