Throughout the years, Mercedes-Benz have figured out how to change the G-Class from a simple off-road vehicle, to something that is to a greater degree a social signature.

They went from AMG-fueled models, the distance to something like the G63 AMG 6x6, a six-wheeled mammoth that should live on Mars insteat of earth.

The most recent creation however was somewhat more sensible than the Monster 6x6. We're talking about the G500 4x4², fueled by a twin-turbo 4.0-liter V8, useful for 422 PS and 610 Nm (450 lb-ft).

Prior this year in Geneva, Brabus presented the G550 Adventure, a considerably more tough line of the standard G500 4x4², with more power and significantly more driving through rough terrain capacity.

The G550 Adventure puts down 550 PS (542 HP) and 800 Nm (590 lb-ft), enough to take this three ton SUV from 0 to 100 km/h (62 mph) in 6.7 seconds.
